Our research and development is immediate and ongoing, with our team testing each component as it passes through the various stages of production. Our dual production lines allow for a smooth flow for pressing orders and the streamlining of custom orders.

Having our own manufacturing facility helps us keep quality control levels at the highest possible. Our quality control team routinely tests and monitors products and parts from start to finish.

Precision Craftmanship

Using precision laser technology, vertical machining centers and press brakes, Cygnus can keep tolerances extremely tight. The tight tolerances result in the highest quality products available.

Capabilities

Cygnus has two complete production lines, 10,000 square foot assembly hall and our own powder-coat line. We are able to fast-track prototypes and streamline even the largest orders.

Design

Cygnus has in-house engineers to design a solution to your specifications and provide you with a 3D interactive rendering before it's built. This technology allows us to get the design right before actually going into production. You get the perfect solution the first time.
